1 pint of sugar ½ cup water 1-pint strawberries Heat sugar and water until they boil. Add 1-pint berries. Boil for ten minutes. Add lemon juice. (Always 1-pint sugar for 1-pint strawberries.) Boil 10 more minutes. Pour in pans to cool.
