4 cups crushed strawberries
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 cups milk
3 cups whipping cream
⅛ tsp salt
Sweeten strawberries to taste. Beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar; beat until thick. Add salt, milk, cream. Blend in strawberries. Pour in the freezer can. Freeze. Makes one gallon.
