1½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
Mix ingredients and pat down well in a 9×13 buttered pan. Bake in a very slow oven 275° for 10 minutes.
Filling:
2 eggs
1½ cup coconut
2 tbsp flour
½ tsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
½ tsp salt
Beat eggs, add sugar, coconut, nuts, flour, salt, and vanilla. Spread on top of the baked mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Ice while warm.
Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp melted butter
Juice of 1 lemon
