1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick oleo
Melt oleo in 13×9 pan, cool. Mix oleo, egg, and cake mix and pat lightly into the bottom of the pan. Top: 1 box (2 cups) powdered sugar, less 2 tbsp 8 oz soft cream cheese, 2 eggs. Beat sugar into cheese until smooth; add eggs and spread over cake mix. Bake 350° for 40 minutes. Sprinkle the rest of the powdered sugar over the hot cake.
