4 oz cream cheese; softened
¼ cup butter or margarine
¾ cup flour
2 tbsp sugar

Mix softened cream cheese and butter. Add flour. Mix well. Chill thoroughly. Roll out to 1″ thick. Spread on the bottom of the springform pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

Filling:
5 eggs
¼ cup cream
1 tsp vanilla
1¾ cup sugar
3 packages german chocolate
4½ packages (8 oz) cream cheese
3 tbsp flour

Beat cheese until fluffy. Add melted chocolate. Add sugar and flour. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time. Stir in cream. Turn into pan and bake 15 minutes at 475°. Reduce heat to 200° and bake for one hour. Turn off heat and let stand 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
