(2) 8 oz packages of cream cheese; softened
½ cup of sugar
3 eggs
Beat together. Place in muffin pan which has a liner in it on a vanilla wafer. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, don’t overbake. Cool and top with cherry or blueberry pie filling, or glazed strawberries, etc.
