3 packages (10 oz) frozen broccoli; chopped
2 cups uncooked rice
2 lbs Kraft Velveeta Cheese
1 stick oleo
1 jar diced pimentos
Salt and Pepper
Boil rice until tender, drain. Add oleo, salt, and pepper. Set aside. Boil broccoli until tender. Melt cheese in a double boiler. Mix broccoli, rice, cheese, and pimentos in a casserole dish, bake 425° for 25 minutes.
