2 (No. 2) cans white “shoe joy corn”
1 (No. 2) can Ranch Style green beans
1 (No. 2) can Leisure English peas
1 small jar pimentos; chopped
½ large onion; chopped
1 green pepper; chopped
Drain all vegetables and set them aside
Boil one-minute:
½ cup oil
¾ cup vinegar
¾ cup sugar
2 tsp celery seed
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Let cook; pour over vegetables. Let stand 24 hours before use. Will keep for a long time in the refrigerator.
