1 box white cake mix
1 (15 oz) can fruit cocktail; undrained
2 eggs
1 cup flaked coconut
½ cup brown sugar

Beat cake mix, fruit cocktail, and eggs for 2 minutes. Add coconut. Pour into greased 9×15 inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake in 325° oven for 40 minutes.

Icing:
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup butter
1½ cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts

Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to boil; boil 2 minutes Add coconut and nuts. Spoon on warm cake.
