¾ cup sliced olives
1 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp oil
3 cans tomatoes; cut up
1 tbsp chili powder
Salt & pepper
1 lb ground beet
Garlic powder
¾ cup cornmeal
1 can whole corn; optional
1 cup grated cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Brown meat and onions in oil. Pour in tomatoes, when hot, stir in quickly cornmeal and cook for five minutes. Blend in corn, seasonings, and olives. Pour into greased baking dish and top with cheese. Bake 350° for 45 minutes to one hour.
