1 Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
3 stalks celery; chopped
1 package frozen spinach (10 oz.); squeeze out moisture
Mix thoroughly and let sit for several hours. Scoop out the top and center of one loaf of French bread and fill. Slice to serve. Very attractive and good. Place in a long basket on a cloth napkin.
