Mix 2 tsp cinnamon, 3 tbsp brown sugar, and ½ cup ground nuts. Set aside. Combine one box Duncan Hines white cake mix, ½ cup white sugar, ¾ cup Wesson oil, and 1 cup sour cream. Mix well. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Pour half of the batter in a well-greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Add half of the cinnamon mixture on top. Pour in the remaining batter. Sprinkle the remainder of the cinnamon mixture on top. Bake one hour in 350° oven. Let cool in pan for about 10 minutes. Remove and use a glaze on the cake top and sides, made by mixing one cup powdered sugar with 2 tbsp milk and ½ tsp vanilla.
