1¼ cups water
¾ tsp salt
¼ cup milk
5 tbsp oleo
½ cup sour cream
2¾ cups potato flakes
1 egg; beaten
⅓ cup bread crumbs
½ tsp poultry seasoning

Combine water, 3 tbsp oleo, and salt in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, milk, and potato flakes. Let sit until all liquid is absorbed. Then stir briskly and let cool. Beat in egg. Shape into balls, using tablespoonsful. Roll balls in the remaining 2 tbsp melted oleo, then in bread crumbs mixed with poultry seasoning. Put on a lightly greased cookie sheet. 400° for 15 minutes.
