1 lb sausage
½ cup green peppers
1¼ cups milk
salt and pepper
1 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp flour
2 cups boiled, diced potatoes
Fry sausage, breaking apart while cooking. Add onions and peppers. Cook until soft. Drain off most of the oil. Stir in flour. Add milk and stir over low fire until thick. Stir in potatoes gently. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook for five minutes very slowly or will stick.
