1½ lb ground beef; browned
1 onion; diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp Picante sauce
1 green pepper; diced
1 tsp salt & pepper
½ tsp chili powder
1 (16 oz) can tomatoes; cut up
2 cans beans; optional
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Put in a casserole dish and pour thin cornbread mixture over top and bake 450° for 20 minutes or until bread is done. Add one cup cornmeal mix; ¾ cup milk; and 3 tbsp oil.
