2 lbs round steak
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp butter
½ cup beef broth
¼ cup soy sauce
1 cup sliced green onions
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 cup diced bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp cornstarch

Cut round steak into ½ inch strips. Sprinkle with paprika and let stand 5-10 minutes. Brown meat in butter. Add broth and garlic. Simmer covered for 25 minutes. Add vegetables and simmer covered for 5-10 minutes. Add soy sauce and cornstarch. Cook until thick. Serve over hot rice.
