2 large ripe pears (core, cut into ½-inch thick strips)
2 large red apples (core, cut into ½-inch thick strips)
Lemon juice
Butter lettuce leaves
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup Granola cereal
½ cup raisins
⅓ cup coconut
¼ tsp lemon peel; grated
Ground nutmeg
Sprinkle lemon juice over apples and pears to prevent darkening. Arrange fruit on 6 or 8 plates lined with lettuce. Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, raisins, cereal, coconut, and lemon peel. Spoon onto the center of the fruit. Dust each serving with ground nutmeg.
