3 cups flour
2 cups chopped pecans
2 cups chopped bananas
2 cups sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
3 eggs; beaten
1 tsp salt
1½ tsp vanilla
1½ cups oil
1 tsp soda
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple; undrained

Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir in oil and beaten eggs. Mix well but do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pecans, bananas, and pineapple. Spoon into a well-greased pan (3-9 inches or 2 13×9). Bake 350° for 25 minutes. Cool.

8 oz cream cheese; softened
1 cup oleo
1 box powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Ice middle and top of round cakes (leave sides uniced). May have to double for 13-inch cakes.
