Boil 3 lb fryer until tender in salt water. De-bone and cut up. (Can use canned chicken soup 4-5 cups).

Add to chicken:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup diced celery; sauteed in 2 tbsp oleo
½ cup minced onion
3 hard-boiled eggs; chopped
½ cup Miracle Whip
1 cup cooked rice
1 jar pimentos (optional)

Mix together and put in a 9×13 buttered baking dish. Put in 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. One medium package of crushed potato chips. Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven.
