2 tbsp oleo
2 (32 oz) cans hominy; drained
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
⅛ tsp garlic powder
1 chopped onion
⅛ tsp pepper
1 small Jalapeno Cheez Whiz
Small sack Fritos

Saute onions in oleo. Add soup, and Cheez Whiz, and seasonings. Bring to a boiling point, stirring. Pour over hominy in casserole. Add crushed Fritos to top. Bake 350° for 35 minutes.
