½ cup oleo
3 ounces cream cheese; softened
1 cup flour
Grind ham to have 1 cup mix with ½ cup brown sugar and 2 tbsp dry mustard
Form into balls (wrap in wax paper), refrigerate for one hour. Roll into a long ½” thick rectangle. Sprinkle on the ham mixture and roll like a jelly roll. Cut in slices and bake on cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes at 400°.
