1 lb ground ham
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup milk
¼ cup vinegar
½ cup water
1½ lbs ground pork
2 eggs; well beaten
1½ cups brown sugar
1 tbsp dry mustard

Mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, eggs, and milk; shape into balls. Combine brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and water; bring to a boil. Pour over ham balls in a pan. Bake at 250° for 1½ hours. Makes 12 servings.
