3 tbsp flour
Dash of pepper
¾ tsp dry mustard
1 ½ cup milk
1 tbsp minced onion
1 ½ cups grated cheese
4 cups cooked macaroni
¾ cup chopped celery
¼ cup sweet pickle relish
3 slices fresh tomato cut in half circles
1 can corned beef
Mix flour, mustard, salt, and pepper in the pan. Stir in milk. Add onions. Stir until thick. Add cheese, stir until melted. Remove from heat. Add macaroni, celery, pickles, and half of beef, diced. Line mold or round dish with tomatoes and thin slices of beef-pretty design. Fill with macaroni mixture and chill until firm. Unmold on a lettuce leaf. (Very old recipe.)
