1 cup uncooked rice
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken bouillon
1 can milk
½ cup mushrooms

Spread rice in a large casserole. Sprinkle on onion soup. Dilute mushroom soup with milk. Pour half over rice. Place chicken over top. Pour on the rest of the soup. Cover. Bake 350° for 1½ hours. Uncover and brown chicken.
