1 (3 lb) chicken or breast; boiled
1 can cream of mushroom soup and cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz) can green chilies; chopped
¼ tsp Tobasco
1 tsp chili powder
4 tsp onion flakes
⅛ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup chicken broth
8 oz grated cheddar cheese
Tortilla or package of Tostitos

Cook and bone chicken. Combine chicken, soups, green chilies, spices, Tabasco, and chicken broth. Blend well. Cover bottom of 3-quart casserole with corn chips. Spread half of the chicken over this, then half cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Bake 350° for 25-30 minutes.
