9″ pie shell; unbaked
3 eggs
1½ cups sugar
1 stick oleo
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp white vinegar
Heat oleo and sugar until melted, cool. Beat eggs in a large bowl until frothy. Add vinegar, vanilla, and butter-sugar mixture. Beat well. Pour into shell. Bake 375° for 45 minutes until lightly brown.
