1st layer:
1 box yellow cake mix
Mix and bake as directed on the box. Let cool.
2nd layer:
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
Mix in a pan, bring to a boil, let cool, then spread on cake.
3rd layer:
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
Mix as directed on the box; spread on top of the pineapple layer.
4th layer:
3 bananas
Make a layer of sliced bananas over the pudding.
5th layer:
1 medium-size carton Cool Whip
Make a layer over the pudding. Then sprinkle the top of the cake with coconut and pecans.
