1 lb ground beef
½ cup barbeque sauce
1 tbsp onion (optional)
1½ tbsp brown sugar
1 can biscuits
¾ cup shredded cheese
Brown beef, stirring often. Drain. Stir in onions, barbeque sauce, brown sugar. Place biscuits in muffin pans. Press to cover sides and bottom of cups. Spoon in the meat mixture. Cover with cheese. Bake 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
