Mexican Cornbread

1½ cup cornmeal mix 3 eggs ½ cup oil 2 hot peppers; chopped 1 can cream-style corn 1 cup grated cheese 1 or 2 small onions; chopped Mix and bake in an iron skillet at 400° for one hour or until firm.

Shrimp Appetizer

8 oz cream cheese Shrimp cocktail sauce Small can of shrimp Mix and place in a large dish. Sprinkle the following on top: Diced bell pepper Minced onion Chopped black olives Grated Mozzarella cheese Chill.
