2 cups sugar
1 cup oleo
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream
½ cup hot water
1 heaping tsp soda
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
pinch salt
1 heaping tbsp cocoa
Mix butter, sugar, and eggs. Beat well. Add cocoa to hot water. Stir in sour cream. Add soda, flour, salt, and chocolate; mix alternately. Beat well. Pour into 3 greased and floured layer pans. Bake 350° for 20-25 minutes.
Filling:
6 egg yolks
1 cup oleo
1 cup sugar
1 cup white raisins
Mix all ingredients and cook until slightly thick. Add 1 cup of pecans and 1 cup of angel coconut. Spread between layers and add on top and sides of cake.
