1 package chocolate cake mix
1 small carton of sour cream
½ cup oil
½ cup warm water
1 (3 oz) chocolate instant pudding
4 eggs
6 oz package chocolate chips
½ cup nuts; chopped

Mix all ingredients except chips and nuts, beat 2 minutes. By hand stir in chips and nuts. Bake in bundt pan 50-55 minutes at 350°. While warm drizzle glaze over it.

Glaze:
1¾ cups powdered sugar; ¼ cup water, 1 tsp vanilla (3 tbsp cocoa, optional).
