2 (No. 2) cans French-style green
1 cup celery; diced beans; drained
1 large onion; diced
1 (No. 2) can Le Seur peas; drained
1 large green pepper; diced
1 jar pimentos; diced & drained
Heat to boiling: 1½ cups sugar, ½ cup oil, 1 cup white vinegar, 1 tsp salt. Cool, pour over vegetables. Mix well. Marinate for 24 hours. Drain before serving.
