2 cups cooked chicken; cubed
2 cups thinly sliced celery
1 cup toasted bread cubes
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup toasted almonds; chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
½ cup grated cheese
1 cup toasted bread cubes
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients except cheese and 1 cup of bread cubes. Pile lightly into casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and 1 cup of bread cubes. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. This dish makes 6 servings and chicken can be substituted with tuna fish.
